Tube atlas not working with latest update 10.0.2.9

I insert YouTube video address into platform "video to text" and click convert to text.

The platform screen changes to white for 5 seconds and then drops back to the original platform screen. 

Result: No conversion of video to text.

1. Note: Convert YT address yourself?  Is there a hold on YT video?
